The colour of money

Unfortunately, Australia follows USA’s lead; for food colours,food additives,GM, pesticides, chemicals … No-one can explain to me any scientific basis for this approach and why Australia does not fully embrace the essence of ecological sustainability which includes the precautionary principle. “When it comes to giving chemicals that have not been proven safe to children all I can say is “Man’s inhumanity to man is not only perpetrated by the vitriolic actions of those who are bad. It is also perpetrated by the vitiating inaction of those who are good.” This isn’t actually my quote, it would be the good doctor’s quote; Dr. Martin Luther King, that is.” The reasons, it seems, are all about “the colour of money” and power.
