I’ve just chipped in to put some ads into the Financial Review and Tasmanian papers that could stop Gunns’ pulp mill. The ANZ has pulled out of funding the controversial project and Premier Paul Lennon has quit largely over his relentless pursuit of the mill. We have a great chance right now to put the final nail in it’s coffin – but we must act quickly before the window closes. Gunns are looking for other financial backers – so we’re putting the ad in the paper potential financiers read each day. We’re also putting another ad in Tasmanian papers to let the new Premier know he must reject the mill. Join me in putting these ads in print and pulping the mill:
