The Voters’ Block: Gloves are off!

The gloves are off. The battle is joined. TAP (Tasmanians Against the Pulpmill) now has over 11,000 signatures from angry Tasmanians who WILL NOT VOTE FOR ANY POLITICIAN OR CANDIDATE WHO SUPPORTS THE PULP MILL IN THE TAMAR VALLEY!

WE WILL SUPPORT AND ARE SUPPORTING LOCAL AND FEDERAL CANDIDATES WHO ARE AGAINST THE MILL BEING BUILT IN OUR VALLEY. HOW?

The candidates have been asked six questions about the Tamar Valley. Most important is, “Have you been a supporter of the proposed pulp mill in the Tamar Valley?”

If they have not been, TAP will support them by: 1. Telling TAP members to support them, 2. Advertising in the Tas Times on their behalf, 3. Advertising in The Examiner on their behalf, 4. Placing them on the TAP website www.tapvision.info , 5. Helping with pamphlets and distribution.
