Our useless piece of land

Well thats it! After phone calls to the local council and reading of umpteen pages of policy, we have discovered that we now own a useless piece of land. Not allowed build on it, holds no value to sell, and I’m informed by the local council bloke that there is no compensation due for those who are affected by these atrocious laws. We are supposed to be moving our lives and business over there next year, plans that are now ruined, a loss for us and also for Tasmania because it will lose investments other than those comtemplating tree plantations.
