The unreasonable man
If I’ve learned anything in my 70 years of living, it’s that progress only comes from continually challenging the status quo.
Not doing so leads to complacency and ultimately to ossification.
Or to quote George Bernard Shaw: The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
