  1. As a proposition could the owners of waterfront land in that area take legal action against Walker, Gvoernment or Premier for loss of value of their properties.  If this could get up it would increase the cost of the exercise and may make it unviable.  You could use a friendly valuer to calculate the loss for every property that could see the new waterborne suburb.

  2. A “friendly valuer”?  what does that mean?  someone who gives you the answer you want because a “non-friendly valuer” wouldn’t?  What’s the plan B David?

  3. Just when the corrupt stench of the Sir Joh days slowly exits the national nostril, along comes Paul Lennon’s Labor!

    The “Worker’s Party” be buggered!

This greasy outfit pulls the blue singlet over its fat gut to con the blue collar vote, but in reality hangs out of the bum of the Big End of Town at the expense of all else.

The sad reality is that the System is designed to repulse the punters from politics so much, that putrid political excess wafts lazily under the radar.

Unless good people keep speaking out, most punters will smell only a whisp of this pong, and they’ll care even less by the time the next election comes around.
