Cyclone Irma …
Having sailed in/anchored in/survived three Cat 1 cyclones (63 knots/110kph) and Cyclone Irma scheduled to be the nastiest storm in Atlantic history (250kph) scheduled to hit Haiti et al, this pic of Port au Prince after the last hurricane has seared itself onto my memory – just imagine driving a motorbike at 250kph while wind, waves and debris are heading your way.
(PS typhoons, cyclones and hurricanes are all the same wind speed categories – just depends where they are – and they rotate differently).
