The government is on notice to prepare for treaty negotiations and acknowledgement of first nations sovereignty.

That the vast majority of community rejects and will not accept the Pearson’s roadmap.

Guaranteed funding towards the processes of our internal treaty process so we may negotiate as nations on equal terms for treaty with the government and crown.

For the process o be overseen by independent international observers, to be negotiated under the protocols of the Vienna convention of treaties.

The disbanding of the unrepresentative Aboriginal advisory council to be replaced with the establishment of our own representative body built in to the formation decided on our terms and timetable.

Guarantees to our rights of custodianship to land and water to ensure future prosperity and sustainability of the country.

Re-establishment of all forcibly closed communities wit a move towards sustainable self-determined communities.

The heritage act to be demolished and replaced with a moratorium placed on all mining leases covering existing and previously de-registered sites.

End of the NT intervention and basics cards followed by the removal of mining magnate Andrew Forrest from any position of advice on indigenous affairs.

An investigation of family services to put an end to the ongoing stolen generations, true commitment to acknowledgement and compensation of original stolen generations.

To implement all of the recommendations of the 40 year old deaths in custody royal commission and for a new royal commission into state police bodies.

That the government will be given time to consider these issues and be prepared to meet with a gathering of nations on November 4th 2017 to discuss these issues and more.

27 year old aboriginal walker Clinton Pryor is expected to meet with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull at the Parliamentary Forecourt at 9.20am on Wednesday 6 September 2017.
