Despard presents the second biannual Bull Bay exhibition, featuring national artists; Joanna Logue, Susan Baird, Camie Lyons, Catherine Cassidy, Melanie Mccollin Walker and Ian Marr.

This group show at Despard is the culmination of the fourth year of artist residencies on the farm of Roseville at Bull Bay on the very north tip of Bruny Island, Tasmania.

Bruny Island extraordinarily beautiful landscape stretches nearly 80 km from Antarctic-facing sea-cliffs at the South to slightly more settled and farmed landscape in the North.

The propelling idea behind Bull Bay artist residencies is Roseville farm owner Jane Wilson. Jane’s vision for starting Bull Bay is to bring respected landscape artists to live, work and teach to celebrate and enhance Tasmania’s profoundly elemental landscape.
