NEW SEATED TICKETS RELEASED FOR SYDNEY’S QANTAS CREDIT UNION ARENA!
For Release: Tuesday, 30 September, 2014: Having recently wrapped up the first leg of the Whispers World Tour, Mike Rosenberg, aka Passenger, has well and truly left audiences across the United States in awe with his captivating and soulful performances. With over 50,000 tickets sold and all but 3 of the 23 date tour official sell-outs, Passenger has certainly left his mark on the country wrapping up that leg of the tour with a debut performance on the legendary Conan O’Brien show:

Next up on the agenda for Passenger are the European and UK & Ireland legs of the tour which kick off next month and have already sold in excess of 95 000 tickets combined, resulting in another 18 shows being sold out!
Australian and New Zealand fans will have to wait until the new year for Passenger to return to our shores and with Melbourne’s first show and the Hobart and Canberra’s shows officially sold out.
Due to popular demand more seated tickets have now been released for Passenger’s Sydney show at the Qantas Credit Union Arena, his largest ever Australian headline show to date. With very limited tickets only available for the 2nd Melbourne and Cairns shows, the new seats in Sydney are expected to sell fast.
No doubt enhancing Passenger’s already swelling number of followers across the globe has been the recent release of Mike’s sixth album, Whispers. Garnering international critical acclaim, the UK’s Q Magazine calling it “Exceptional” and rating it 4 stars and The Guardian, “Whispers brims with striking vignettes” and also awarding 4 stars, Whispers has also achieved great commercial success reaching Top 10 in 9 countries including the UK, Germany, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and, of course, Australia.
And that’s all before the release of the third single from the album, 27, which is currently at radio. 27 was co-written by long-time friend and collaborator Josh Pyke and the soon-to-be-released video was filmed last week at the famous Golden Oak Ranch Studios in LA and directed by James Lees (Scare Away The Dark).
Whispers was recorded with long-term collaborator Chris Vallejo and is the follow-up to All The Little Lights, which was driven by the global smash Let Her Go – the 3rd highest selling single in Australia last year and had, at last count, over 394 million views on YouTube.
Remaining tickets for the Whispers Tour with special guests, The Once, are on sale now.
