A Tasmanian Wedge Tailed Eagle Nest …
This is a short photo/article of a Tasmanian Wedge Tailed Eagle Nest.
Of course the location is secret; the photos were taken in September and October 2011.
Unfortunately I do not have a massive zoom lens so some of the close up photos are not very good quality; still it may be of interest to some of those readers who have enjoyed the Peregrine Falcon nest articles: Latest, TT here
A hide was used so as to not disturb the nesting bird. Fortunately the nest was approachable on foot with plenty of cover.
