Hodgman calls for feedback
YOU can poke Opposition leader Will Hodgman on Facebook, tweet him on Twitter or just look out for him when he comes to your town – but whatever way you do it, he wants you to tell him what’s wrong with Tasmania.
As part of the Liberal Party’s Turn Tasmania Around campaign, launched today, Mr Hodgman said it was about empowering people – giving them a chance to be heard and make a difference.
The information he gathers on a statewide road trip through social media Facebook, Twitter, email and the post would help the party plan policy in the lead- up to the next election.
“Tasmania is a fantastic place, however it’s no secret that we are facing challenging times with a flat-lining economy, rising costs of living and people losing their jobs,” Mr Hodgman said.
“When things get tough’ Tasmanians join together, and that is what Turn Tasmania Around is all about.”
