This is not an attmept to ascribe blame to a single source that if addressed would be a cure all, there will be a list from the inquiry, but it is no reason to continue practices that let down peole in their hour of need.

Imagine if gas came in pipes suspended above ground, its why it never has.

For all those who wish to make a claim on a cool year being the end of global warming here are some statistics to add to the dammned lies.

I expect eacg school has a plan but when one Victorian schools fire sehlter burnt to the ground I hope the Tasmanian government is reviewing the school plans for vilnuerable schools.
