    Solutions to housing the homeless.

This idea looks to have quite a bit of merit, because from what I understand it appears that money keeps flowing into the local community after the cost of materials has been covered (also, two years is an extremely reasonable time-frame for a return on investment for a house!). This income could presumably be used to add additional value to the tiny houses. I’m thinking things like solar panels, composting toilets and solar powered fridges or freezers could be added… Or, why not use the money to employ more homeless or jobless people to build even more of these tiny houses? That way the whole operation could be sustainable, rather than relying on government grants.
