Dr Kevin Bonham

Kevin Bonham is an invertebrate ecologist, political stirrer and contra-green nuisance. His doctorate was on the biogeography of Tasmanian land snails and he also holds tertiary qualifications in philosophy, political science and environmental studies. He agrees with Hubert Humphrey that "the right to be heard does not include the right to be taken seriously" and Daniel Patrick Moynihan that "everybody is entitled to their own opinions but nobody is entitled to their own facts". He currently works mainly as an invertebrate research consultant. Kevin Bonham greatly enjoyed writing for TT as a psephologist but ceased writing and regular commenting on Tasmanian Times in October 2012 as a result of disagreements with multiple aspects of the site's moderation. He has a new blog site at http://kevinbonham.blogspot.com.au and posts site news to Twitter at https://twitter.com/kevinbonham
