The travelling public is well aware of the list of things that they cannot take on to an aircraft, but you may be surprised that there are some pretty scary things missing from the list of contraband in some countries. You might not be able to pack your oversized snow globe, but some airlines will let you pack marital arts weapons like pepper spray (as long as it’s under 100ml) and brass knuckles in your checked luggage.
