There may be a flaw in the criteria set out in the commission which I think should be stated publicly. Grooming is a known trait of sexual predators. Thus grooming does fit the criteria of sexual abuse, I challenge the commission ( Royal Commission into institutional child sexual abuse now taking evidence in Hobart ) to publicly state this, on the proviso I have not misunderstood the confines of course.

Call clinical Assoc Prof Leonard Lambeth (Chief Psychiatrist Tas) before the commission to explain the psychological profile of a pedophile (PED) i.e. they can appear exactly the same (outwardly) to a very nice man that just likes children. He is a mimic! He is arguably one of most dangerous psychiatric conditions in the book (DSM-5). I met Lambeth recently at his office, in relation to a psychiatry matter. He is a very approachable priestly man running a high cognitive empathy. Exhibit “A” or “B” ?
Any PEDs that are identified or heavily implicated at the commission should have DNA samples taken even if they are oversees or deceased (exhumed) for the purpose of a scientific database.
Global . Any living specimens should be subjected to neurological testing, i.e. placed in MRI machines and exposed to select images and sounds.
Anatomical measurements should also be taken to see if any predictive patterns can be identified. PED is likely to be a neurological condition. This condition should be studied like other neurological conditions / disorders

I am on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) running a comorbidity of Bipolar type 2 disorder, my 2D 4D ratio is around .92 (hence once a troubled student)
It is a recorded trait that ASDs can hate or be very sensitive to being touched, I do know the difference between a brush past, a pat down or a pat up. They are also recorded to be the worst and least liars in the book (DSM) ….depending on sub types and sex.
The commission is in position to act appropriately and deal with this condition in a scientific manner. I challenge you!. Hopefully we can start to deal with this matter so only one royal commission is required.
By definition as an Asperger I have a low cognitive empathy, but high affective empathy (reverse to psychopathy) so I will only come in if asked or it is suggested to me. I would state any of the above in public with my name on it if placed in that position.
