The Church, Tina Arena, Birds of Tokyo, Hermitude and Missy Higgins are some of the headline Australian acts signing up to the launch of Australian Marriage Equality’s #SayYesToLove Volume 2 available on iTunes and GooglePlay today.

Ivan Hinton-Teoh, Deputy National Campaign Director for Australian Marriage Equality said the release of the second volume demonstrated support for marriage equality across parts of Australian society.

“Music is a universal language that brings people together and breaks down barriers,” Mr Hinton-Teoh said.

“It’s this approach that has unified all the impressive Australian acts on #SayYesToLove Volume 2 to help show their support for marriage equality.”

Janine Middleton, Co-Chair for Australian Marriage Equality said #SayYesToLove Volume 2 quickly followed the successful release of Volume 1 released in July.

“It’s been a little over a month since the first #SayYesToLove Volume was released, and including stellar acts like Jimmy Barnes, John Butler Trio and Katie Noonan,” Ms Middleton said.

“Volume 2 has more than 25 artists representing all genres, all walks of life – who have generously provided their creative talents to progress our calls for marriage equality.

“With two Volumes out on iTunes and GooglePlay we encourage all our supporters to download it from iTunes and get some great Australian tunes to brighten their day.”
