Giving people the power to do great work
It has been a while since the last Matchbox-Newsletter.
As most of you know, in 2014 we introduced an innovative empowerment program to Australian jobseekers.
The Matchbox program (held over three to four weeks) was embraced by jobseekers and created great outcomes. Many new friendships evolved out of Matchbox. The program developed stand-out personal campaigns that secured paid work. It also enabled participants to reach out to their communities and extend their personal networks.
