Education and Care Connections Professional Development is led by experienced and qualified Education and Care Consultants whose goal is to support quality outcomes for educators and children which are central to the NQF.

An Early Childhood Professionals Networking Forum

This forum has been developed for Educators, Leaders and Community Advocates to explore the importance of the ever expanding Education and Care sector from top to bottom.

Due to be held in Hobart on Friday the 14th of August 2015, 8.45am – 4.45pm at the Sustainability Learning Centre Mt Nelson (5 mins from Hobart city).

Don’t miss the opportunity to attend this exciting event and network with other leading professionals!

The forum is designed to provide a ‘birds eye’ view on how the sector is driven, its influences as well as offers the chance to explore a diverse range of topics which directly affect our future generations and general social development.

The day will be a combination of;

· Leading facilitators delivering short and powerful talks (including Q&A’s)
· A selection of afternoon workshops to choose from
· Facilitated networking opportunities
· A choice of fun and inspiring lunchtime experiences (activities) for participants to choose from

I.e Yoga session, bush walk, live music, media challenges and much more…

· Lunch, morning/afternoon refreshments, competitions and prizes
· Fun and learning with the chance to make and explore new local connections

Sessions will be delivered in a short, inspiring and informative way by industry leaders and have been intentionally developed to engage, enlighten and promote practical application as well as to optimise each participant’s information intake. Practical examples of how to link everyday tasks and decision making directly to sustainable business strategies as well as the National Quality Framework will be provided throughout the sessions. Everyone is working together to bring a practical array of experience, knowledge and skill sets to the overall forum.

Lunch, morning tea and afternoon beverages will be provided, along with the opportunity to explore a variety of afternoon workshops and lunchtime fun such as; yoga, bush walking & live music.

• Exploring a range of subjects and linking these to practical examples, national, state and sector legislation and initiatives/strategies – in a way that’s relevant and makes sense.
