of ciders and talk about the range of styles and how each is made
11am Mic from Sirocco South Foods will demonstrate how to make a
traditional Italian potato salad from produce grown in the region
12 noon Bronwyn Strange from the Waterfront Cafe in Dunalley will show you how to
produce the basis of most meals, by making a chef’s most important ingredient – stock
