New Norfolk Woolworths added $5 to our tally so it came to $3600. That’s 72 $50 grocery cards to our local Vinnies to help people doing it tough.
But….was asked to put it throughout state and have phoned and emailed various councils with no results so…
If $3600 raised from an area with 10,000 thats .36c for every man woman and child so within Tassie that means 500,000 x .36 or $180,000 is a realistic goal to donate to St Vincent de Paul Tasmania. $180,000!!
Thats all donated as $50 grocery cards to be distrbuted where needed.
