The Organic and Sustainable Living Festival is being held on Sunday 28th March 2010 at the Penguin Organic Growing Centre, Ironcliffe Rd, Penguin (North West Tasmania). The festival is being held by The North West Environment Centre.
Its going to be a great day of entertainment, information and inspiration! There will be guest speakers, demonstrations, workshops, stalls, free childrens’ activities and food for sale. Entry is $5.00 for adults, kids under 15 free. Gates open 9am – 4pm.
The guest speakers are:
– Matthew Evans (from SBS’s “The Gourmet Farmer”)
– Bill Mollison (from The Permaculture Institute)
– Bruce French (from Food Plants International)
– David Stephen and Ray Mason – the history of the OGFS
– Steve and Kerryn Martin (from The Lost Seed)
– Jonah Gouldthorpe – growing veggies in pots
