IF Mr Bartlett has been unfairly singled-out, ‘targeted’ by some unknown government bureaucrat giving orders to the police, Mr Bartlett is in for one hell of a Van Diemen’s ride. Effectively, his career is finished. For how could he possibly return to such a contriving and malicious workplace.
Why has he not returned to his career after being found not guilty? The vocational and psychological damage is already done. The victimised must leave, and the sneaky villains maintain their status quo.
Decent and innocent people are FORCED to defend themselves in a court of law. This is common practice in Tasmania for those people who cannot turn a blind eye or neglect their legal duty. Find a folly reason or a trace of dirt and isolate them from the pack. To shame and banish is their first official response; their ultimate goal is to break the human Will into depression and submission.
Now the tainted lawyers take charge and the battle begins with Workers Compensation and hostile Insurance Companies. (My common law claim took nine years to be granted a SHAM and contrived mediation-conciliation conference. Bankruptcy).
My shocking experience is, the more you fight for Tasmanian justice, the more likely you will be targeted as a troublemaker who must be taught the Van Diemen lesson.. “Don’t Rock The Boat and You’ll be Alright!” Extract: Chapter Four. “One Flew Over the Kookaburra’s Nest” Non fiction.
(Please read Mr Bartlett, before you proceed further. What happens to Whistleblowers, and why).
Why hasn’t your Union made public comment? Let me guess? Mine - ANF - was in bed with Labor Party.
Minister Petrusma must make public what investigations take place? Thugs must be removed.
Beware of The Unrecognised Socialised Sociopath!
They will become your downfall and despair.
Well done MLC Greg Hall. These persecuted and victimised Tasmanian’s need real, honourable HELP!
