On Australia Day 2009, Bob Chappell disappeared from the yacht, Four Winds. Susan Neill-Fraser, his partner, is serving a sentence of 23 years for murder. Many in the community have grave fears that this is a case of a Miscarriage of Justice. Eminent lawyers in Australia (Chester Porter QC, Robert Richter QC, Dr Robert Moles, who has written on countless cases of miscarriages of justice, Stuart Tipple, Lindy Chamberlain’s lawyer, and others) have seen problems with the fairness of Sue’s trial and have called for a Commission of Inquiry.
