The paradox …on the one hand the government says … “Candidates will have to disclose the birthplace and citizenship of themselves, their parents and grandparents before the next federal election under changes announced by the government to try to put an end to Australia’s citizenship crisis without a referendum” whilst having ‘aboriginal’ printed on birth, death, marriage certificates is now deemed offensive …
That’s a bit like saying Erich Abetz was always a fair dinkum Aussie, and ‘always’ legally able to stand in/for parliament ...
