Where is the investigative journalism? 4

I’m perplexed why a case such as this has not been thoroughly investigated by a journalist within Tasmania?

As far as I can tell, David Bartlett has given a half-arsed commitment to an internal investigation — but where is investigative journalism that draws the connection between this poor 12 year old victim … and our Premier’s reluctance to an external enquiry?
