Hi Bill, Just interested did you do an article on Who Judges the Judges? I couldn’t find it.
I have been researching who the Judges of Tasmania are responsible to. New South Wales has a Judicial Commission, Victoria want one. Tasmania doesn’t have one.
The Attorney General of Tasmania won’t meet with me, and told me to take it back to Court? Well if there are issues there and one keeps getting awarded costs, I couldn’t possibly afford to take it back to court?
Justice Department wrote to me and told me I couldn’t go to the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department to complain?
Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department told me I could complain to them? Gave me the Attorney General’s email.
Judge’s aren’t perfect. Mistakes have been made and if your Special Leave to Appeal isn’t allowed, then a Tasmanian Court is not for me.
Interested in your article and your thoughts.
